I ordered a "Red, White and Blue" arrangement for a friend as it looked perfect for sending for July 4th weekend. When my friend sent me a photo I was really disappointed. There was NO blue whatsoever and they didn't even use the same type of flowers that were indicated. It looked nothing like the arrangement that was supposed to be sent. I should have checked the reviews first and I'd have seen that a lot of people are unhappy with them. Lesson learned. I complained and they offered a 20% refund but that wasn't the point.

Only thing I am disappointed with is I wish I could have added an American flag to the arrangement but I guess it was not an option. Also disappointed with the fact that delivery was a day earlier than requested...delivered on 7/2/16 instead of 7/3/16.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
