Really quick same-day service. Impressed!
Ordered for next day delivery friday by noon and didn't recieve until Saturday at 1pm. Flowers were not fresh and looked smaller than What I ordered. Not happy or impressed at all.
Flowers were delivered a day late and the deluxe bouquet was rather small for the price. I've ordered flowers several times from this vendor and always order the "Deluxe" and the arrangements were always full and beautiful. But one bad day doesn't erase many good experiences so I'd still use them again.
The price is what sold me. Flowers are lovely. Made my sister in laws day. Loved the flowers.

This is my second time ordering from your company. The Bee Well bouquet was so appreciated and everyone loved them. When my friend received this arrangement with the balloon it totally brightened up her day. She was so down and out going through chemo and coming home from having a test done that she was in tears and when she got home the flowers were there waiting for her. Best thing ever... Thank you so much. The arrangement was beautiful.
The only issue I had was that nowhere could I see delivery costs until right at the end - nor could I see mention of them untill I got to final step before payment. This I suppose is usual with many online shopping carts, but it would have been so helpful to see the delivery cost earlier, when I'd put the delivery address in. Other than that - stellar service.
The flowers themselves looked beautiful. The problem I had is the bear that I paid considerably extra for was about 1/3 the size of the bear in the picture, was a different color, and instead of a bow had a piece of ribbon (literally tied like a shoelace) taped to the front of it. Considering I could have paid $8 less and gotten a full set of Roses and instead opted for 3 this tiny little taped together bear was a pretty big disappointment.
Delivery was on time and reasonably priced
I had originally complained about the service fee, according to the business, this is standard industry wide. If it is, then it's acceptable. I do still feel that it was a surprise to me, as it wasn't mentioned until right before you place the order.
In either case, the flower's were delivered quickly, and to my surprise, they were very well done. I am very happy with how they turned out, and would recommend them to anyone :)
