The Premium arrangement was approximately 12 inches tall and 8 inches wide...this included the vase that was six inches tall. I can't imagine how small the other options would've been. I could've spent $80 a lot better with some flowers from the supermarket. Very disappointing.

I received my orders and I am disappointed with the products received. My first order was the Expression of Sympathy #BN1062G I choose Premium and paid $127.98 with 20% discounts, I also paid an extra $5 for the Sympathy Banner, the product I received did not have the banner that I paid for. The size I paid for was suppose to be 52"H x31"W x 14"D, but the product I received is much more smaller than that, it about half of the advertise size. My second order was the White Standing Spray item #BF190-11K, I also paid an extra $5 for the Sympathy Banner, I did not receive the Banner that I had paid for, also I had to hunt for my flower because the card did not show the sender name, it only had the decease name, the funeral address and the service hour, this information I enter it in myself when I place my orders, that was how I was able to locate my flowers.
As long as the bouquet is satisfactorily delivered and is quality, I will be very pleased to continue using your service
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
