I ordered a bouquet of balloons for a friend's birthday in the morning and she was delivered the balloons before 2 p.m. I was kinda worried it wasn't going to get to her work in time before she left for the day. I was very relieved that it was.

Loved the flowers. The card was a disaster. Doesn't anybody actually read the card before it is delivered? No way should it have gone out with errors. It was printed and reminds me of the errors when voice writing phone text messages. Someone easily could have read the original comment and hand written it on a card.
I completed my order following an offer of free delivery saving $14.99. My Aunt called to let me know the flowers arrived and were beautiful. Of course I have no idea what the finished product looked like but as long as she was happy on her birthday that's what matters most!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
