The tulips were in bad condition. You shipped again and the same results. You did however, after several conversations refund 30% of the flower cost.

The smiley mug was NOT provided. The flowers were NOT fresh. The daisys were wilted. The chocolates taste stale & weird and were a small box. Only 4. I paid $15 for a medium box. Very disappointed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
