Due to the delivery not being the same day (service I paid for) I was told I would be credited with that money and would receive the next premium package. I was very dissatisfied with how it turned out and will not use this service again unless something is done about this issue.

I ordered a medium bear so I bought it and it was just two small Bears hugging the vase, I thought it was going to be big enough for her to hug and hold maybe cuddle up with while sleeping being that I'm not able to be home and sleep sometimes at night due to work. Just thought it was definitely false advertising. Good service though and fast delivery just disappointed.

Although the arrangement appeared to have the same flowers as the picture, they looked like they were just stuffed into the vase. I was very disappointed.

DESPICABLE. Local florist is incompetent and has no idea how to build a floral design based on 'company' design or format. NEVER AGAIN! Even though I received a refund for said 'garbage' I will never recommend this company for floral purchases.
