The flowers received were not orchids as specified but still pretty. The large chocolates added for $20 were Andes mints and Caramels and not the Godiva chocolates that were suggested and confirmed with the customer representative. Customer service was attentive and responded quickly and appropriately when notified.
Hopefully it is delivered tomorrow. But it was very easy to navigate the site and order.

Overall this was a great experience. The flowers and balloon were delivered a little early, on Saturday, instead of Sunday. Not a big deal though.

The random charge of "Service handling" for $14.99 will have me question if I will return. The flowers were delivered at 4:00 but when I called at 2:00 they said it was already delivered. Had me wreck the surprise because I had to ask the person I sent them to if someone else might of accepted the delivery. Not happy.
Shopping experience with this merchant is ex cellent; it is easy, very customer friendly, and I contacted the 800 number to answer a question - she was not only pleasant, but offered to fill the order via telephone. This is my second occasion placing an order and I will definitely return to order in the future.
Flowers were incredibly hot and smashed together when they arrived. Arrangement did not look anywhere near what it was pictured on the Internet due to neglect when it came to care and handling of the flowers being shipped.

I may have missed it but I don't recall seeing the service/handling charges ahead of placing the order. If it wasn't listed, it should be. If it was listed, sorry I missed it.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
