The flowers came and the water had spilled all over the ribbons and there weren't as many flowers in the vase as you pictured so I would like a little bit of a credit if you don't mind thank you

I placed my same day order on line by choosing an arrangement from the website. An arrangement was delivered timely, but it was an extremely poor variation on what was ordered and flowers were of poor quality. I was sent a picture a day after delivery to discover that blooms were drooping. Very disappointed.

The arrangement was not full and I upgraded for that. Also, had a plain vase and not a red one as pictured. Oh well.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
