This site was very easy to use. I placed my order around 10:00 a.m., and my family member received the flowers by 1:00. I didnt add on the same day delivery either. The only negative is the $15.00 you pay as a service fee. If there wasn't a service fee, this method would always be the way to go when ordering flowers.

I selected mid value florists' pick, no vase for my daughter's birthday 1000 miles away, the next day. It was delivered in a timely fashion, a combination of roses and colorful, long lasting flowers with which she was delighted.
The delivery was actually made the day before I wanted, but it was okay. There were different items in the food basket than the picture.
Great customer service. I called to change my delivery date and wasn't charged anything extra. Thank you.
