The first delivery of the flowers were on a hot UPS truck for over 14 hours and arrived in bad condition. A redelivery of the same order was on a hot UPS truck for over 15 hours and were in a worse condition. I will never order again from this company if the flowers cannot be delivered by a local florist.

They guaranteed this order to be delivered on time and it came after 5pm. I was sending this gift to a client of mine who was leaving his job (it was his last day). So, since the order was delivered late, he had already moved out and never received the package. I am livid, as it was a complete waste of money.

The arrangement was a mess no quality time spent on the arrangment, not to mention the arrangements was to have pink roses, and the roses we're red. Not what I wanted to welcome a new baby girl to our family.
