If the flowers look as lovely upon arrival as they do in the picture. You will have a satisfied returning customer. It would be nice to know when they are delivered. Thank You.

As this order was for a cousin in the hospital. I did not see the flowers myself. I can only assume they were as pictured. The hidden service charge should have been addressed before check out. I expected to pay $31. And ended up paying $51. Gee thanks

Well, I hadn't realized that sending a single friggen flower would cost $40 + dollars and it wasn't even a rose! It did make my friends day but had I know that would happen then I would have picked a more customized package for a couple of dollars more, since it would have had at least 4 flowers. One gebra daisy isn't worth that much!

Very disappointed with the flowers. The flowers my wife received for her birthday at work WERE NOT what the picture showed. It showed a dozen roses with carnations. She received 4 roses with a couple carnations. I WILL NOT be ordering from you again and will not recommend your site to anyone I know. In fact I will make it a point to tell people to stay away from ordering anything from you. This was a special day for my wife and to get these cheap looking flowers was very disheartening. I could have went almost anywhere else and got better quality for less money.

I had made a comment on my original review about the service charge. They were very quick to come back to explain the charge to me, and it was my misunderstanding as it seemed the company was locally based in the area that I live.(although I do know how advertising works) I was very impressed on how quickly the response and explanation came, so it is great that they listen to their customers. I wanted to do something special for my niece and am really hoping I can be thrilled in the end for the $$ I spent!

So far, so good. If the flowers are fresh when they arrive I'll use this site again. If they are wilted, I wont. I'll have Heather snap a pic. So I can see if they look like the sample on the web page.
Now that they have been delivered I can say that they look very much like the picture on your website.
