I got the delivery address and my billing address confused on one page, but I guess I figured it out correctly.

There isn't enough room for a long signature. When I tried to put the signature in the message, the website demanded something in the signature section. Also the plant seemed a bit small.

Both times it's been easy
I order these flowers to be delivered by noon. At 1430 I called and spoke with a representative because the flowers had not yet been delivered. I explained to them that the recipient leaves at 1600 for the day. I was told that they would be at the location by 1530. It is now 1735 the recipient is gone for the day and the flowers just arrived.
I was pleased with the flowers that were delivered, and they were on time. The on-line experience in selecting and ordering the flowers was fine, but a $15 delivery fee is horrific and removes my motivation from ordering direct from a local florist.
The flower arrangement was absolutely perfect the colors the quality I could not have asked for more it was the very best experience I could ever imagine thank you so much for making it a very very nice arrangement little unique I know but it was perfect
I paid $5 for before 12 noon delivery but they were not delivered until 2pm.

Flowers arrival late, and for deluxe spray was lacking the amount of white lilies, mostly white mum-like/ daisy like. I felt it should have more lilies. Thanks for checking on the delivery, they just showed up at the beginning of the service time.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
