It been ok just up set and want to get this to my girls
Quality of the flowers were excellent, but for the price I had paid for:
SPEEDY delivery,
PLUS regular Charge Fee $14,
AND it wasn't delivered by the chosen date,
AND
When received, the UPGRADE in arrangement for not being delivered on time WAS NOT done.
A lot of money and my budget was only $50 to begin with but I opted still because of the great look and options.
I will still order again, but maybe order way ahead of time

The arrangement received was smaller than I ordered, fewer flowers, less color and NO ribbon on the vase. I will not use your service again or the florist it came from! I paid way too much money for this to happen.

They didn't deliver these until 1855 and my wife left work already... they didn't try to call either of us and twice throughout the day I called to see where they were at. They were here birthday flowers that she will never see now. They were sent back since she left and when I complained they offered a 15 dollar credit, they were $50! They won't deliver them today because they are cheap and useless.
My shopping experience was on point. Now I'll wait and see what happens with the delivery, then I'll come back...

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
