My order was not delivered as advertised. I emailed customer service about my disappointment with the delivery. They re- delivered the order with a different florist and the order was fine. They were vey attentive, helpful, and were concerned about getting the order right.

The actual florist delivered my daughters flowers after hours her department closed at 7pm and it was dropped off at another department late. You are darn lucky she worked today I still want to be reimburse at least for same day shipping and partial delivery fee. I had ordered same day flowers at 1:30pm online and was delivered appx 6+hours later

I order flowers for my friend to be delivered the next day and pay extra for that. My friend never received anything, when I called them to ask what happened they said they were sorry and that in order to give me a refund the had to speak to the florist first and that they will call me. I want my refund back... This people are full of $#*!. Never order from here unless you want to be disappointed and look bad...

Easy to order, exceptionally priced. I ordered mine a week in advance (a birthday gift for an Aunt out of state) and it was delivered to her on time. Customer service is easy to contact and their response to any question is quick as well as friendly. My Aunt loved her flowers!
