I paid for same day delivery and it did not get delivered at all. I recd a call shortly after I placed the order that the florist did not have what I ordered and we worked out a substitution. It turns out that apparently the florist did not have the substitution so it just wasn't delivered at all. I called the next day when I found out it was not delivered and the customer service person just kept saying she was sorry but it was not sincere at all and just robotic. I was trying to work things out but really by the time I found out what the options were to send to my mother I just wanted to cancel but I could not cancel I will be given my money back for the same day delivery and a 40% discount, which I appreciate. I did not want the discount I wanted my mother to have a nice plant and there was another option in there town that if I had been allowed to cancel I could have gotten her a nice plant. Didn't want the discount I wanted my mother to have a good plant. I am not sure where the issue was, whether it was you or the florist but I am not happy at all with this order. What she got was so puny and was the one plant I did not want her to get. So unhappy. I will just call the place direct and send her another plant. This was a total waste of my time and money. I normally do not do bad reviews. I don't like to at all but this was really such a disappointing experience I felt it was best to share. The first person that called me about the substitution was excellent and provided really great customer service. I really wish I could remember her name, I would love to share how great she did. The other contacts were not good but she was exceptional.

It was a very hot day and the flowers were left on the front steps in the heat this was s little surprising. I hope they survive for longer than a day or two only time will tell. I didn't think to leave instructions not to leave them unless someone was there to accept them
