You're a great flower order company
Good service, flowers looked great
I am not a complainer of online purchases... however the arrangement that was delivered was in no way a replica of what was on line. The flowers were three larger ones and 7 smaller ones and almost nothing else. I payed for before noon delivery and did not receive that. I have been told that money would be refunded and I appreciate that. The arrangement I upgraded to was just not great by any stretch. I wish I could upload a pic so you could see for yourself. Feeling underwhelmed :(

I ordered the Deluxe arrangement. When I saw what was delivered, I was extremely disappointed in how small the arrangement was, it hardly represented a "deluxe" flower arrangement.
I will not be using or recommending this company in the future.

Everything was great, however you could work on the amount you charge for shipping being you have to pay enough for the flowers & balloons!
Nice sight to work with, would have liked it better if i could have seen the different levels of the arrangements instead of having to hope it looked great instead of skimpy.
