Picture of product did not display on order. Also, trying to use PayPal was a problem! Attending the funeral I was never so embarrassed in all my life. The flower arrangement was so small (appeared to be larger in website picture). Will never purchase flowers on the internet again!
It was a great arrangement but seemed very expensive. I don't think I'll do this again. I'd rather spend the money on something more interesting.

Great service and products
I ordered the "same day" flower service for a friend. I never heard from her so I figured she never received them. So I called in and they confirmed that they were not delivered. As compensation for the inconvenience they refunded the $3 same day shipping charge and said they would give me a credit for a future purchase. My friend received the flowers within 2 hours and sent a picture. The flowers look beautiful. I have not received the credit yet however, my overall experience was great. I know in every business, errors happen. Customer service was prompt and fair. The answering service is a little dull and lengthy but I look forward to ordering fromyouflowers again.

Ok, until $15 processing fee. Way too much and not up front
I placed an order for next day delivery. The order did not show up the next day. They took 20% off and told me I would have it the next day by noon. I paid extra to have it delivered by noon. And it didn't show up till 3 o'clock in the afternoon. 27 hours late. So now I'm not very happy and no I will not be using your services again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
