The only thing I had a problem with was looking for Thinking of you card option and had to choice just because, wasn't the same fillers shown in the the pictures
I do not like to have to check boxes if I don't want something such as a magazine I did not come to order a magazine I came for flowers. I was also a little taken back by an additional $15 handling fee as there was no mention of that until check out. That said it was still a good price and she absolutely loved the arrangement

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
