My Mom loved them
The flowers that were delivered were great! My girlfriend loved them and she was extremely pleased with the way they looked. The delivery did occur about 30 minutes late, but the customer service representative was extremely friendly and helpful when I called in to check on my order. Overall the quality was fantastic and the customer service department was great; I will definitely use them again, hoping that the delivery time is met in the future.

The flowers looked great but unfortunately they arrived at 16:40 just before the recipient was about to leave work. Would of been nice if they arrived a bit earlier as they were meant to make her day better. They were also meant to be a surprise but because they were very late I was worried and had to tell her.
I needed to change the delivery location and date of an order and called the 1-800 number. They wouldn't give me the direct number of the local florist but said that they would take care of it. But that information never reached the local florist who proceeded to make the delivery on the wrong date. And the bouquet is MUCH smaller in person than it appears in the photo online. Wouldn't use again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
