FOR THE AMOUNT I PAYED IT WAS ONE OF THE SMALLEST PLANTS I HAVE EVER SEEN I WOULD HAVE SAID THAT WAS NOT THE DELUXE I HAVE SENT MANY OF PLANTS AND HAVE NEVER SEEN ONE THAT SMALL FOR THE AMOUNT I PAID WHEN IT SAID DELUXE I THOUGHT IT WOULD ALSO HAVE SOME FLOWERS IN IT. I live in Texas, and my boyfriend lives in Wisconsin. I sent him a basket of candy for his birthday, and the company you used to deliver this present delivered it two days early, and asked the receptionist to "hold onto it". The surprise was completely ruined. The only redeeming factor in this experience was the nice customer service representative I spoke with after the fact. All in all, I would hesitate to use your company for this purpose in the future.

I paid the extra to guarantee delivery before noon and that didn 't happen. Thankfully her boss did not leave for lunch and received the order for her. I am not happy about that because every woman enjoys tbe experience of having the flowers delivered to her at work personally. She is in meetings all afternoon, but her boss called her and asked her to come to his office prior to returning to her desk. Of course someone will wonder if they did something wrong with an account or what happened. Overall...poor service.
