The order couldn't be made the same day like it said. However they did send me an email saying they hope I except their apologies and they up sized my order for no charge! The gift was beautiful and loved it.

You pull people in with your "same day delivery" & "free delivery" posting and then you charge extra for same day delivery and a large handling fee. I sent these flowers because I wanted her to have them but probably won't get sucked in again. I will say, the flowers better be as good as they look in your photo.

Thanks for the coupon savings.
However the expedited delivery came very late in the afternoon 4:30 pm where my family wasted time waiting for the delivery.
The florist should have called in the morning and given an specific time range when the delivery would arrive.
I had a hard time getting through customers service where the wait time on hold was over 15 mins.

Order placing was very easy. I was very disappointed with the result. I ordered ribbons saying grandmother and mother in law and there were no ribbons at all, also the plant was an extreme disappointment. Very embarrassing and did not look at all like the picture! I will not use you in the future!

Before seeing arrangement: Easy ordering. Appreciated the reviews from others who have ordered particular arrangements. After seeing arrangement: I was a little disappointed with the size of the bouquet. I ordered the middle size, but it was much smaller than I expected. I think approximate dimensions would have been helpful in the description of what I was ordering. I was also surprised to see so much pink and purple in a display for a male funeral, but that is just what the individual chose, so doesn't reflect 'fromyouflowers'. They arrived in time for the funeral though I ordered them relatively last minute, so I was pleased with that.
