Tracking showed the items were out for delivery by 9 am. San Angelo Texas is not a big city. Delivery did not occur until 8pm last night. I thought per my order that delivery would occur by 5pm. Chocolate on the strawberries had started to melt off. Flowers on the orchid had started to wilt.
