Unfortunately, the quality of the product was Walmartesq. Pictures and descriptions were misleading and in order to avoid what I my wife received I "upgraded" to Premium for special personal care...to no avail. Good Luck!
Great online experience, easy. Too many charges added at end. Flower costs almost $20.00 more than actual order because of shipping and delivery costs. Also, I requested delivery before noon and didn't receive confirmation unction 3:34 pm.

The fact that they didn't disclose a handling charge until the "review order" screen is very misleading. Also, the order was not delivered before 12pm, despite paying additional for the earlier deliver.

Late delivery, had to call and verify orders after using this company for years. I also had to call to see if the delivery was going to made on the date requested. I don't think I would use them again.
Quick easy painless orderring process. But my delivery was late. And the item delivered looked nothing like the item i ordered. The company went above and beyond ti make me happy. And for that reason i will be ordering again.
Very easy and the selection was great. The same day delivery is a big plus for me. The flowers were sent to my daughter for her birthday. She loved the flowers and sent a picture to show me how pretty they are.
I would like to be able to set a time for flowers to be delivered.

I tried through several florists to get a plant delivered the same day to the funeral home and had no luck until I found fromyouflowers.com and they got the job done and we even received an email to let us know that they were delivered. Will definitely use them again in the future.

He loved his basket but the only thing that was wrong was I choose the blue ribbon and it had a purple one. But other than that it was awesome!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
