Fine experience
I specifically requested a delivery after 2pm when my mom was sure to be home and the florist delivered them before that to a neighbors house. Really upset because it takes away the surprise when you have to hear a message on an answering machine that your flowers is at a neighbors house.
Great site, excellent communication, easy navigation and most of all, recipients LOVE their flowers! Today's recipient sent me a photo of the flowers -- even lovelier than described on the website. FromYouFlowers is now my "go to" for flowers, gift baskets, etc.

I didn't receive my complete order, I was missing balloons, they sent purple and red flowers when it was suppose to be all red roses, I paid for expedited delivery before noon and my wife had to come back after they closed to get the delivery, horrible horrible service, I told everyone at my job not to shop with you guys and I will fill out my yelp review when I am on my lunch break, I contacted customer Service and was told I would get a portion refunded to me but I didn't and when I contacted them again they stated that they already did it and there's nothing they can do about it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I will dispute the payment with my bank and I WILL NEVER use this place again, I'll go to 1-800 Flowers which should've been my first choice
I was disappointed because I thought the flowers,delivery would have be arranged and presented like the picture when my boyfriend received the flowers however he had to arrange the flowers and put water in vase when he got home it was deceiving. And I paid to much for the roses that wasnt arranged for the receiver...will not order again from this company

The ordering was quick and detailed enough to personalize, but I had to go through it twice because I wasn't made aware of the handling costs until the last step; it would have helped to detail that sooner.
It also would have been nice to know that the product I was ordering would be filled locally; I could have walked to the florist who chose a close(but not exact...) version of the vase and flower combination.
Easy site to use. Hopefully the order will arrive within the 4 hour window! Did not arrive within 4 hours. Supposed to be credited for paying the extra fee for 4 hour delivery. Arrangement did not arrive as described. Was supposed to be royal blue and yellow and white flowers. It was muted colors, light purple, very non descript. Will not order again.
