They sent red roses when I asked for Get Well bouquet and forgot the candy. I called and had awesome customer service. They had the florist go back out next day and sent a beautiful uplifting bouquet and candy. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for flowers. I've used them many times with perfect service. Yesterday I ordered a dozen rainbow roses. Received a dozen white roses that were wilted due to the delivery person leaving them outside in 90 degree heat and never ringing the doorbell or knocking. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Spoke to customer service and my money is being refunded but I will never order from your company again.

I have used this site many times & have found the service good, with reasonable prices. This time I ordered a Balloon Bouquet as a surprise for my husband's 60th Birthday & I'm very disappointed in the product he received. It is just a group of identical balloons that would be more suitable for a boy, not a 60 year old man. I probably would personally call in this type of order & request a variety of different balloons, which is what the picture showed. Have never had this problem before.
So far, I think you have a nice selection of arrangements and reasonably priced compared to others. But my final review will come after the delivery is made. I have ordered from two other flower services and the delivery didn't happen or they were delivered 8:00pm at night!

Same day deliveries take way too much work on my part to make sure they get delivered. Poor coomunication and I had to initiate the update several times before getting a response. This not what I expect when paying a premium.
