Was not delivered within 4 hours of order and I paid extra for that service. It was delivered same day, though.
Came a day late...items were expired in the basket such as the peanuts as well as the chocolate covered graham crackers.this wasn't very gourmet and i will never order again so my 15 bucks off my next order didnt really resolve the issue instead you connected me to acme who had no intention on correcting this.

This order was for a lovely friend whose birthday I had forgotten. She mentioned her birthday was on the 7th, the day we spoke was on the 5th, Friday. I knew she would be unavailable to receive a gift on the 6th, Saturday and I did not want to risk trying to get something to her on Sunday. Soooo I found your website and your same day delivery and was so excited. She is allergic to flowers, however, but you have a lovely selection of baskets. I got a call from my friend who was over the moon with the basket she received. You see she has stage 4 renal failure and as you can guess is limited as to what she can eat. She was never so happy! She could eat everything!
