Wish there was a spot to put extra note on! I called and spoke to someone there and ask them to please put on my deliver after 1 and obvious that was not done since they delivered the flowers at 9 a.m. and they set outside in the 95 degree weather until 1:30.

By the looks of the photo of item i was purchasing i wouldve been satisfied. But upon arrival it did not look anything like the photo. False advertising, not happy.
There should be a way to edit an order; e.g., removing a balloon from a flower arrangement once the total price is displayed. I had to remove items and start over when the total price exceeded my budget, which was inconvenient.
