Flowers were delivered on time and they are beautiful! Very happy with the service will definitely reorder for special occasions.
Was very pleased with everything except when I got to the total and realized that on top of tax and "same weekend" charge there was a $14. Handling fee, almost doubling the original "sales" price. I'm sure it's the same everywhere but the cost seems so ridiculous just to send flowers that I couldn't deliver myself. If they weren't very important to send for the occasion I would have cancelled them.
Thankfully my daughter said that the flowers were beautiful! That's what matters the most!
Highly pleased and will be a customer again
This is my third purchase from this site. This last one was for my granddaughter who, at age 5 and a-half, just graduated pre-K. Because of COVID-19 restrictions, we could not take the plane trip to visit, and the graduation ceremony was a drive-through with all the kids in their car seats in the back of each vehicle. This was probably the first time anyone sent her flowers, and she loved them. Purple roses, pink flowers, white flowers, in a bouquet--all her favorite colors! She was delighted!
Arrangement appeared to be very nice but expected it to be in a more substantial container and have a live plant in it, but overall pleased.

They were not in any form of water (plastic bag, soaked paper, etc.). One of the main part to the arrangement was wilted and never recovered.
The end result was WONDERFUL! The package arrived on time and it looked awesome!
My one complaint (for their Tech team) is that the validation process for a forgotten password was onerous. It never worked really, even with your token. Also I had to cancel my cart because I wanted to review the product description and it won't let you do so after the first page.
Easy website to navigate and nice selection of flowers.
I was highly disappointed! The flowers looked NOTHING like what was ordered. They were supposed to be pink and white in a baby block for a new baby girl and the flowers that came we're in a traditional vase, not even a bow. They were not AT ALL the colors ordered. They were mostly dark purple with very little pink and no white. They were in an I arranged clump as if they had been purchased at Walmart and just dumped in the vase. We were not notified of the change and clearly no thought went into the change at all. It was definitely NOT baby themed! Even the balloons were dark purple. This was for a birth, not a funeral! I will never use this site again and will tell any interested not to use this site! The only thing y'all got right was they were delivered the same day.
Flowers did not look like advertisement when delivered. Flowers were not full of color like advertisement. Flowers did not have all the colors like advertisement. Very very very unhappy and unsatisfied with order. Won't ever order from this company again

I had a bit of a problem the first time I tried to order. Although I had a discount, the total bill didn't reflect it, so I logged off and tried again. It worked the second time.
Liked the products presented. Not happy I could not add a request, ie, can I have 8 candles on the flower cake since it is for an 8oth birthday. Secondly was stung by two added $14.95 delivery fees. Should have advised upfront!
That was easy and quick shopping. The right flowers in the right place.
