Florist delivered a happy birthday balloon to my daughter with happy birthday written in black sharpie and birthday was spelled wrong.Flower bunch was small and I order the deluxe bunch.Called florists to complain and was told it was short notice and she didn't have any happy birthday balloons! The inability to track orders (although the online links would lead you to believe you can do so online) is a thorn in my side (pun intended). It doesn't allow for the assurance of a "surprise delivery" like I'd like. However, the flowers were bloomed which is an improvement from the last batch I ordered. Guidelines showing which flowers are in season / most likely to bring the most customer satisfaction might be helpful to a non-horticulturist like myself. Other than that, it's a pretty seamless experience.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
