I would have liked this gift to have been delivered before noon and it didn't get there till about after 2:30pm - I believe that's what the person said when they received it.
I thought that the flowers would look like the picture. The ribbon could of look like the picture. And the time was later than noon time. I will try one more time and I will call customer service so I can get what I want even if it's price a little higher

What i ordered looked nothing like what was delivered. Yes it was a cross but the flower arrangement was different. It should have been a cross made up with white roses, then yellow roses going diagnal across on the top. It had yellow roses throughout the whole entire cross (i did not like). Also, i paid for the best more expensive cross arrangement and it was small. Not happy
I ordered flowers for my best friends birthday. She's been going through a hard time and I thought it would be a nice gift. I ordered Aug 2nd for them to be delivered on Aug 12th. When the day came around they never got delivered! I called and sent emails to find out that 4-5 days before the delivery date that the florist didn't have the flowers I wanted. I never got any information! On Saturday they said they would be delivered on the 16. It is the 16th and still no delivery. I had to wait on the phone for over 45 mins to finally talk to someone. Not only didn't I get my money back, they still didn't send them. Yet again I have to wait even longer! So frustrating and a waste of time! Never ordering from here again

Just heard from my stepson that the flowers for his grandmother's service on August 15th (his elderly grandparents sadly died 36 days apart), were even more beautiful, and everyone was very pleased and impressed. I purchased the middle priced choice - deluxe I believe. I felt there should have been more flowers and I was disappointed that they were not as fresh as I would have expected. Some of the greens were wilted along with a few of the flowers. I would not use this service again.

This was a very easy shopping experience.
The flowers which were delivered were not at all what I ordered. I ordered sugar and spice pink roses with white flowers and a mylar balloon which was to say Happy Birthday. The vase was suppose to be pink and it was clear. I also did not have the opportunity to use my 20 percent discount. All in all I must say I was not satisfied with this order except for the delivery time which was perfect.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
