This is the second time I've had the same issue with FromYouFlowers. My order was not delivered on the date I paid for it to be. FromYouFlowers never reached out to me to tell me there was a problem or that my order would be delayed. I sent two emails and never got a response. I called the customer service line, but hung up after being on hold for 8 minutes. Desperate to figure out where my order was (and why it wasn't delivered...), I reached out to FromYouFlowers on Facebook. As frustrated and embarrassed as I was, I will give FromYouFlowers credit for how they handled this situation once I finally got to talk to someone. They refunded the full amount back on my card and delivered my order the next day (without charging me).
The first time this happened (a few months ago), I ordered flowers to be sent to my sister for her birthday. They sent the flowers a week early, which was really weird. I was annoyed that my sister didn't get her flowers on her actual birthday so I reached out to FromYouFlowers. Instead of giving me a refund, they promised to send another bouquet (free of charge) to her on her actual birthday. They never ended up sending the flowers on her birthday, which was really frustrating.
FromYouFlowers has really reasonable pricing, but it's not worth the inconsistent and inconvenient buying experience.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
