I have ordered fromyouflowers.com twice now. The first order was never delivered and this time the flowers that was delivered was embarrassing. I paid to have the flowers upgraded and it looked more like they were downgraded. My coworkers were shocked when they saw them. I could have went to the grocery store, had my 7 year old granddaughter throw them in a vase and it would have looked much better than what was delivered. I sent them a picture of what was delivered to see how they react to it. I just wonder if they would have been happy sending this to one of their friends or family members.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
