Delivery guy showed to my husbands work, and actually found his department in the hospital. But sang Happy Birthday to him which I would not have wanted as it was very embarrassing. I just wanted everyone to know it was his birthday, not embarrass him. He brought his kids as well and everyone was apparently dressed horribly. I understand sometimes you have things that come up and kids have to tag along but I won't be using this company again. Also, one of the candies were opened up. I paid A LOT of money to have a cheap basket candy and chips delivered. I regret it terribly.

I appreciated the option of guaranteed next day delivery for a small fee, because I forgot to place my order until the day before the funeral. The Peace Lily plant I ordered was mid-level choice and was extraordinary to say the least; everybody commented how gorgeous it was! I don't mind the price I paid because I am a UPromise member and I receive cash back; it's like an extra special deal every time I order.
The flowers received were not what was ordered (color, flower type or arrangement) and when they were discovered they were laying over on their side. If I had wanted a multi colored bouquet lade laying on the welcome mat I could have sent a friend to the local supermarket and asked them to drop them at the door. The flowers were nice enough, but not what I ordered or expected.

You need to add a block so we can add special directions. For instance the delivery date I chose is the day before the services but I put the service time as 11:00 a.m. making it appear the service is the date of delivery at 11:00 am. I'm hoping they don't arrive until the evening, the day before the service.
This spray was a lot smaller than I expected.
Wasn't aware of 14.99 sevice handling charge. Thanks anyway.

The flowers were dead on arrival and the flowers they sent looked nothing like the pictures! Wait of your money total scam!
I have loved all of my past orders. This particular arrangement looked lousy. The roses were totally bloomed out and ready to drop their petals, and the lilies look like they won't bloom for another week. Not enough greenery/filler is included so the design is very disappointing. The stems on the lilies were WAY too long. Whomever made this didn't have a very good eye for proportions.
Delivery promised by 5, delivered 6:30 but no major issues
