The online ordering is like any online experience, no harder, no easier. Order arrived in early morning, and could have been the photo from the website, very accurate representation. Competitive with other online flower delivery services, not cheaper, not more expensive. Just as reliable as the big one that advertises on TV.

Since I was sending the flowers to a friend who is recovering from surgery & lives in Washington I was concerned that the flowers would be what was pictured when I ordered them. She called to thank me for the flowers & she described the exact thing that I ordered. I was extremely pleased. She expressed that the flowers really gave her an uplift as she was feeling kind of down today & the yellow flowers put a smile on her face. I did not know that yellow was her favorite color when I ordered them. Thank you "fromyouflowers.com". I am now going to place an order to be delivered later this month for my daughter's birthday.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
