I received a picture when they were first delivered and was concerned as the flowers were all drooping. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a photo the next morning and they were all standing. Overall, very pleased with the service! Thank you!
I expected the bouquet to look exactly as shown on the picture, however, it did not. It looked great, I was just surprised that the tissue paper and the vase was different than what I had picked out. No big deal, I know now that there are variations from the actual picture.

Great options for gift baskets!
This was a gift & she loved it
The person I sent it to sent me an e-mail of thanks with a picture of the flower arrangement and balloons. The arrangement was VERY SMALL and should not have been more than $5.00 for the amount of flowers that were in the vase. The Helium Balloon was not recently done as there was very little air in it and instead of it being straight, was just limply hanging. Very disappointed.
This was a gift. I didn't see the product. And your survey assumes that the product comes to me, which makes answering it awkward. If your first question had been "Was this for you [] or a gift for someone else []" you could follow up with appropriate questions and I could answer them appropriately.
The experience was a good one. I like that your site is user friendly.
