This service was easy to use and had options i wanted with minimal searching through the site to find them.
I would like there to be an option to possibly pay a little extra for a guaranteed time of arrival from you or your delivery people. My wife had just about left her place of work before the flowers showed up. One of the special reasons for having flowers delivered to her work was so that her co-workers could see them and congradulate her and possibly be a little envious. She literally only had them for about 20 minutes before she left work at 4:00 pm. It would have really made her day to have gotten them say around 9:00 am. I would have paid a little more to know that they could have done that.

I ordered a bouquet from them for a friend to cheer her up and what I ordered looked nothing like the picture. The one in the picture had sunflowers and was in a mason jar that was one of the main reasons I ordered it. The one I received was not in a mason jar and it had Gerber daisies not the same! To top it all off I called to talk to customer service and they keep me on hold for 20 minutes no one ever came on the line it just kept repeating that my call was important to them and someone would be with me soon. Which never happened I just got frustrated and hung up. I did not pay almost $50 for a bouquet I could've bought at the grocery that would've looked much better than what I received. Do not use this place they are a rip off!

Very helpful to get flowers delivered to a hospital on weekend. Same day order-same day delivery. Only negative, I did not know about the $14.95 service fee. I thought the $6.99 fee was the only fee to pay.
