Would have liked a confirmation that it had been delivered, ended up having to call, on hold for 20 minutes before getting confirmation.
The additional gifts; chocolate, strawberries, etc do not get delivered WITH the flowers. They get delivered separately via UPS. That is ridiculous.
My friend was pleased with her flowers but said that they seemed to be a little dark around the edges. We will watch them and see what happens.

The driver called twice for directions. Had I sent flowers to someone else, I would have been embarrassed that they would have been called before receiving their flowers. As it turned out, I bought them for myself, so it wasn't a big deal. Also, some of the flowers are wilting not even 24 hours after I received them.
