Would be appropriate for the additional service handling change would be revealed earlier as being 14.99. This does not appear until the last step. The price was not competitive after this charge was added. Will order directly from local florist or another online service in future. It will be interesting to see if the product is delivered as pictures and on time.

At first I thought I was going to get the flowers i ordered and paid the extra for the big flower bouquet, but instead I got a completely different arrangement I didn't order, no get well balloon, I literally paid $77.64, for $30 flowers

Order wa snot delivered within 4 hours, but I was somewhat upgraded, though I ordered the large rest bouquet of its kind. My niece sent me a picture of what was delivered, and it did not look like any upgrades were applied. Hard to gudhe by the picture

Flowers were unable to be delivered on the day I requested. I was offered an upgrade due to this, which I accepted. I asked they be delivered the following morning and was told they could be. However, that did not happen and when I called late in the morning to check on it was told it would be in the afternoon. It was about an hour later than what I was told, but they at least sent it to the other address when I asked since it wasn't being delivered at the time I was told it would be.

Everything was good, prices are high with all of you...the only thing I don't like is the coupon you send after that I have 2 weeks to use...I don't send flowers to people every day or week, a longer expiration date, like on my next order, no matter if it's 6mos or a year would be nice, the other one is ridiculous for someone like me who doesn't send them that often. Just a suggestion.
