Pricing with add on stuff higher than expected and what I ordered was listed with same day delivery and not available. Ended up with flowers that I could have ordered from anyone and had a difficult time getting through to customer service to find out that what I ordered could not be delivered on time.

Very nice choices and helpful customer service rep. Sent to Europe so all the selections were very high priced but what they received was beautiful and bigger than what I expected.

Nice & easy to order online. Pricing a little deceiving, as you don't know about the $14.99 fee til the very end & 25% off is not an additional discount, apparently it's already taken off the price shown. Received a call from the florist when delivered, which was nice!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
