Easy to order, wonderful selections
Wanted an arrangement as same day before 12:00, with sympathy card. I paid extra for the service. At 4:30 they confirmed that the flowers were delivered. Next day at 3 pm the recepient calls us to thank us and she told me she just received them. Not very happy with the service when they lie to their customers...
A lot easier than 1800 flowers! You guys delivered the flowers surprisingly fast! I never actually got to see them but so I'm not able to see how the presentation looked. My friend who received them said they were great though!
The order did surprise the receipient but it was delivered later than expected, in spite of expedited delivery. Also the flowers did seem fresh but lesser than what was shown on the website for the deluxe version. The teddy bear and smiley mug were nice.

Was delivered to alternate address instead of the primary address I gave other than that everything went well.

Flowers arrived sometime after 3:30 in the afternoon. They where supposed to be delivered before noon.
The flowers weren't quite as nice as in the pic. And alot of the,flowers weren't bloomed. And there were more roses advertised in the pic than in the actual flowers delivered!
Completely dissatisfied. Promised before NOON; arrived at 5:43pm! Not what I actually ordered and what was left outside gate does NOT come close to a representation of the picture! I even paid for a $10 upgrade! My name was misspelled on the card. All in all a total fiasco!
She did love them - as she loves ANY flowers. But definitely not worth the $62.96 I paid! I will not recommend nor purchase from tour company again!

It was very convenient and quick to order and still have it delivered today however, the delivery was never made until Sunday, 21 August at 5pm. I was at the neighbors when the flowers were delivered. Plus, I never rec'd a response back after you were checking with the local florist regarding the delivery.
I didn't look at the total until I had completed the transaction. I was very frustrated to see over $20 in fees! I called customer service immediately to cancel the order, only to be on hold for 30 minutes and so I hung up! Lesson learned, won't order again!

This is my 2nd time to ordered flowers( w bear) not happy about it. Flowers nothing special and the bear, looked cheap( look like a monkey)the delivery guy, not nice and late,,, bad service!
