I was excited when i ordered my bouquet i loved the idea the arrangement and the colors!
I was VERY upset when they were ordered they didn't look the same the substitute flowers were definitely not the same and didnt give the same woah impression! But i gota say the delivery was extremely punctual!

You should be more up front about the $14.99 "handling" fee. They aren't $20 flowers if there is a $15 fee. Advertising flowers delivered for $20 seems a little false.
Everything was good and easy. However, I was not happy about the $14.99 handling fee for each item. I was also surprised by the late time of delivery.
