Wide variety of items to select from and the option for same day delivery is great. Customer Service was kinda questionable - a couple of agents were super willingly to help but one was totally NOT, which impacted my entire experience.

The plant arrangement I sent to a family member for condolences arrived the day and time as ordered. I visited the family and noticed the plant on a table. I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful and large it was. I ordered a Peace Lilly. It was exceptionally pretty and full. I have ordered Peace Lilly's before at my local florist and never had any as large and beautiful as this one I ordered on line fromyouflowers.com. The price was on line was even better!

Was not very happy with service. Paid 4.99 for the expedited service,my order arrived 3.5 hours later then the quoted time. (BEFORE 11 AM). Called to express my concerns,was on hold for quite awhile before i was in contact with someone. They apologized and credited back account the 4.99 and also a 10.00$ gift card. Doubt I will use it. Would have been much happier if order was delivered at the promised time.
