I realized I had given the wrong address and hour after I placed my order and tried to contact your company to make a change. I was on hold for 15 minutes and never talked to anyone. I sent a email trying to correct the address and the site said some one would contact me in an hour. I heard from no one. I contacted you again the following morning and still had no contact. The flowers were delivered the following day but the florists said they had the wrong address and had to hunt for the location. I was happy with the price and the arrangement but not how difficult it was to contact the company.
