When I input the information for the delivery, I expressed that this was a business and paid for it to be delivered same day. They attempted to deliver to the home, when that didn't work, they did attempt to call me. Then explained that my delivery had to be done the next day because the driver was gone. I just feel like if I pay for same day delivery and express that it's to a business that's where it should go instead of to the person's home. Otherwise, the flowers were amazing and beautiful. Definitely will order again.

It was great I had flowers delivered before to a event out of town that I thought I would be able to attend but did an I was so up set by the way they looked. So I stopped ordering flowers for out of town delivery. But I wanted to give it another try I knew the original Mildred's family I was not let down.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
