Flowers arrived this a.m. half dead! Tried calling customer service. On hold for close to an hour. Frustrated so I gave up and complained to PAYPAL. VERY DISAPPOINTED.Won't order from this company again!

Pretty good. Only complaint is that I was unable to track the order. I emailed an inquiry as well and received no reply.
I order an arrangement for a friend/co-worker that was out on LOA just to cheer her up and to show her that we loved and missed her. I did the same day delivery and when she received them she immediately sent a text stating how much she loved the flowers and was so grateful to receive them. She sent us a picture of the flowers and I have to say the arrangement was BEAUTIFUL. I will definitely use you guys for other occasions.

Quick and easy - product delivered was what i ordered and delivered on time
I specified the time of delivery and you did not meet it. As a result the recipient did not see the flowers and won't until 2 days after delivery

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
