First of all was very unhappy to shop at this website. The fruit basket that I thought I purchased was not the same as the one I ordered. The fruits selected was the most chepeast one they found. Overall the person did received a fruit basket with fruits and wrapped ok, but was expecting a little more than what received. I will not buy from them again.
It was quick and painless to place order for next day delivery.

The overall price was to expensive for the delivery of just some roses, but made my fiancé very happy. Next time would like more for the price paid for the delivery of just roses.
Handling fee came as a surprise otherwise it was an easy and pleasant shopping experience. I haven't seen the flowers but my aunt said that they were absolutely beautiful, fresh and that it was a fantastic surprise. Thank you. I will definitely use this website again. I wish I would have known about the handling charge in the beginning. The price was misleading in the beginning. If I didn't have a close friend having surgery due to cancer I probably wouldn't have sent these. Also, when the first attempt for delivery was done at the hospital they were told the recipient was not there. I had to call to find out why the flowers weren't delivered. Customer service was great! They sent out other flowers the next day from another florist. Unfortunately, what was received looked nothing like what the picture looked like.

My sister was very happy with her beautiful bouquet! They didn't have the same flowers as were in the picture, and I had a call from a nice representative about this and told them that was fine as long as it was something similar. It seems like the florists outdid themselves in coming up with alternatives in the same color scheme. Very nice.
