I found the order process and selection process very well arranged and easy to follow. Step were clear except for the one area at check out where you show the $39.99 flowers as $49.99 which then made me have to think but you took the 10% discount out to bring the total as I had anticipated, but I wasn't expecting an additional $2.99 as I selected regular delivery and not morning prior to noon, so that was an additional cost I hadn't planned on an the $14.99 handling charge caught me by surprise as nothing was stated about it prior to checking out. When you're on S/S and have limited income every penny helps and well the end cost was hirer than I anticipated, but I'm only celebrating 50 yrs of marriage one time and she is worth it. You don't say anywhere if you give Sr. Or Veterans or AARP discounts. Just wondered. Terry Macioge

P.S. We are close to Pickles Restaurante on the street just behind Pickles so if you come on Ramer to the second right turn we'll be the second home on the left. Red brick ranch with double white garage doors. Hopefully you'll deliver prior to 4PM. Thanks as this is my first order with you. If there is an order problem I will definitely take time to call you and let you know. Otherwise I'm usually not available for phone calls as I do not sleep at night I retire around 7-8 am and get up late afternoon. I also don't want a call as the flowers are special occasion and it's a surprise for my wife. Thank you for your understanding. I'll look forward to visiting you one day. I noticed that after I placed my order and was working on another web page, that your price for that same there only six roses and they were already fully opened.

Not real happy with delivery. I sent my Dad a bouquet of baloons and chocolate and he received a bouquet of flowers? I sent baloons specific because so allergic to flowers. It was a total dissapointment.awful

The item i order checking the display on the site was completely different form the one that got deleiverd. Please keep a more realistic picture for the customers to get a fair idea what they are gifting. The picture depicted a bunch of flowers with quite a lovely plant. Where as the one which got delivered was a very small plant with 2 buds in it. When the person set a fair amount of expectation while gifting, and later on when he/she gets to know it was a lot below expectation, situation really becomes quite embarrasing. Please put more realistic statistics about the gifts displayed in the site.

First time using the site

First time using the site. So, so good, so far.

UPDATE: The flowers were delivered on-time but the FYF website did not update showing that they had been delivered. When I selected the TRACK YOUR ORDER option, it read that FYF had not heard back from the local florist for confirmation that my order was delivered.

I tried the two 800-numbers listed in the original order confirmation email, and after two calls lasting 20 minutes and no one answering, I had to hang up because of pressing issues at home.

I tried the CONTACT EMAIL link (or whatever it is called) where it says that they try to answer all emails within an hour. I got a automated response email 12 hours later asking me to click on a link to answer if I had received my flowers or not. If not, it reads that I should wait 48 hours. Not good.

My third call was answered in less than 10 minutes, and the gentleman on the phone confirmed delivery.

My frustration with this transaction is that these flowers were ordered on short notice for a relative 1 1/2 hours from me who was just diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer (yesterday) and going into the hospital for emergency surgery (today), and I wanted to make sure she received the flowers before her surgery.

I am happy with the price of the flowers, the type of bouquet available, the guaranteed delivery within 4 hours option (and the cheap price of that option), so I used FYF for the first time. I may use them again but I will be leery if the order is time-sensitive.

First of all was very unhappy to shop at this website. The fruit basket that I thought I purchased was not the same as the one I ordered. The fruits selected was the most chepeast one they found. Overall the person did received a fruit basket with fruits and wrapped ok, but was expecting a little more than what received. I will not buy from them again.
