The plant was in a small wicker/wooden basket much smaller than the picture. I could have paid about $30 with tax at the grocery store not the Over $80 that I paid!

My daughter was suppose to received this beautiful flower arrangement for her birthday based on their advertisement. What she received was not like the picture-- fewer flowers in the vase and not the same flowers. Looked like an arrangements my dog made. They agreed to redeliver and swap out the horrible 1st attempt, but did not do as they agreed. I will never use them again and tell everyone else not to

I was excited to try a service that had such great reviews. What i ordered was not what was delivered - not even in the same range of quality, style, color, design. I was disappointed and contacted them to express my disappointment. I was told that the website clearly states that they have the right to substitute for equal or greater value products - and that is what they did. Unfortunately their definition of equal and greater are not even in the same range as the product pictures or my definition. It was a terrible experience.

The flowers that were delivered looked NOTHING like what I ordered on the website. I ordered a Sunflower bouquet and there wasn't even 1 sunflower in the arrangement. I spent a lot of money, almost $60, for a very generic looking arrangement. I could have gone to my local grocery store, bought some pretty sunflowers and vase for not even half of what I paid and it would have looked better. I didn't though because I expected to pay the extra for a high quality, professionally arranged SUNFLOWER bouquet.
