I love the flower arrangement. It was very lovely. My only problem is the ribbon. The ribbon looks cheap and doesn't look fit with the beautiful flower arrangement. I would still recommend your product to my friend, but please fix the ribbon.

It was very easy to order from this site and some flowers arrived at the right time. When they say the florist can substitute at their discretion they really mean it. There's not one single flower in the arrangement that looks like the ones in the arrangement I ordered.

My beautiful Mother recevied her gorgeous flowers! She loves them and her beautiful big teddy bear that I added! I don't know if they look like the picture, but I do know that no matter what I've ordered and if they don't look like the picture the florist makes sure to do an amazing job with what they have! They've almost come out more beautiful then the picture.

Everything went smoothly but was surprised by the $14.99 service/handling fee! That's a bit high. Most sites, less deceptively, build that into the price of the arrangements.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
