In the past, the orders I placed with From You Flowers were delivered by a local florist. This order came vai FedEx, which makes putting together the arrangement a bit of a chore.
After I placed my order, I had one question and was actually surprised how fast I received a response. However, I do have to also mention. I wanted a name added to the signature and when I called to add it, less than one hour after ordering, customer service assured me it was added and updated. Not those exact words but that's the feedback I received. Unfortunately, that name was not on the card. I guess you can say this was my fault when ordering it. I would have been ok with customer service saying they could not do anything for me instead of making me believe it was added. Note to self, make sure no changes are needed to card before you submit order. Other than that, I was very happy with my order. Flowers were beautiful! Thank you

Great timing and ease of order, slightly expensive
The only issue was that you were looking to deliver to my name and not my sister but that may have been my error. I didn't see a deliver to name. Otherwise, then flowers arrived today despite the weather. My sister was surprised and pleased which made me happy.

I chose the arrangement for several reasons:
Rafia on the mason jar - it was gift ribbon
I ordered deluxe and it was skimpy
There were purple, red, green flowers plus sunflowers - very fall like arrangement which i was looking for, as it was for a table topper.
It was a spring color bouquet with sunflowers. White, light pink and another pink, very dull, no vibrance and did not go with the table topper that I wanted as shown online! Very much displeased!
I love to say, and usually do, wonderful things and reviews but cannot in this case.

It was on time
Product delivered did not have the same amount of snack that your advertising showed. I ordered the biggest basket and it looked like the smallest one. I loved that it was easy to order, you have a wide variety of products and you delivered on time and confirmed delivery. Just wish product would have been better.
The pricing on the website was not accurately communicated to me until the final step, and I'd clicked confirm without reading. My fault. But I spent significantly more than the site was suggesting I'd spend.
This was terrible. Delivered an hour late to a wrong address and never notified me. I saw the flowers by chance at the neighbors house. Crumpled, wilted and dead. Left them there. Will be filing a chargeback if i don't get a refund.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
